I care about building things that last, whether it’s a company, a team, or a culture people are proud to be part of. I focus on staying aligned with our goals, connecting the dots when things get complex, and keeping people and outcomes moving in the same direction. People count on me for perspective, honesty, and follow-through, especially when the pressure is on.
What energizes me most is creating something new and watching others grow within it. I’m proud to see people I’ve worked closely with step into major roles and help shape the future of our company, as well as the impact we’ve made through community and societal initiatives that extend beyond the business.
