When asked, “What do you love about what you do?” I always say, “It’s not the what, but the who, the how, and the why.” With nearly 30 years across various disciplines in consulting, I have always been driven by possibility, creativity, curiosity, and optimism. I am also fueled by deep, meaningful connections and helping others see a path and achieve their vision.
The greatest pride I have is in the people I have worked with, and the impact made on their lives. By growing a company from the ground up, I have had the opportunity to contribute to a unique and highly intentional culture with our global teams, clients, and local communities – and watched how our ability to give has only grown every year. This is the meaningful growth. People count on me to lead with empathy and by example. To me, this means having an open mind and open heart, holding myself and others accountable, supporting my team without limits, bringing clarity to the complex, looking ahead, and always moving forward. Success for me has come from a deep belief in people and in the value we bring. I trust that if we show up each day, do the right things the right way, and keep focus, discipline, and fun in the mix, then the right outcome will follow.
That same mindset extends beyond work. Nature has always been my home and my reset. When I am not working (and sometimes when I am), I love adventure travel that pushes my boundaries physically, emotionally, or spiritually. I have taken long solo treks across six continents and more than 70 countries. These experiences have kept me grounded, creative, and growing through a connection to something bigger and a deepened connection to myself. I also love music, working with my hands, and spending as much time with my family as I can.
