I’m known for being straightforward and dependable, the person people turn to when they want an honest take and a clear path forward. I flag risks early, surface tough issues when they need to be addressed, and celebrate what’s going well so teams feel both supported and accountable. Whether I’m working with clients, colleagues, or project teams, I focus on building trust through transparency and follow‑through.

My background in operational improvement consulting shaped how I approach challenges today: by imagining what could go wrong before it does and designing solutions to prevent it. That mindset helps me navigate high‑stakes situations calmly and methodically, whether it’s guiding a client through risk‑heavy decisions or helping a team realign when priorities shift. I like to work side‑by‑side with teams and create space for people to think differently and push for better solutions.

I’m energized by collaborative problem‑solving, figuring out how we’ll tackle challenges together and then rolling up my sleeves to make it happen. Helping shape our wayfinding offering was a great example of that: seeing the team’s creativity and hard work come together in something both innovative and practical was incredibly rewarding (and fun).

I recharge by staying active and spending time with the people who matter most to me. Those moments with two young children give me perspective and keep me motivated to keep learning, improving, and delivering my best work.
