The client was facing a three-month rebrand deadline in advance of a major national campaign. Brand elements were still in development, the retail footprint was expanding quickly, and there was little room for delays or missteps. The rebrand effort came with four major challenges that needed to be addressed simultaneously:
- The brand wasn’t fully finalized yet. Key design elements were still evolving, which meant rebranding work had to move forward even as the visual identity was still being defined. This required a flexible, real-time approach to implementation.

Signage design: creating high-impact visuals without overspending

Instead of building expensive prototypes, the team used simple vinyl and lighting tests to help the client select a signature color early in the process. They also led a hands-on workshop where decision-makers compared full-size signage options side by side. Execution planning: keeping every team and timeline on track
With many internal teams involved, BrandActive created a detailed plan for updating more than 300 types of branded materials. The plan coordinated 11 workstreams, including marketing, digital, and retail operations.
