Kavya Paul, Director, Client Engagement
I’m drawn to work where there’s a lot on the line and no clear playbook. I focus on listening first, understanding the people, priorities, and pressures involved, then shaping a plan that brings order and momentum without losing sight of what matters most to those living the change.
One of my proudest moments was leading the Pfizer rebrand during the launch of the COVID‑19 vaccine. The whole world was watching, and one of our first assignments was preparing signage for President Biden’s first official trip which was to a Pfizer manufacturing site. The significance of that moment, paired with leading a global implementation for a visual identity that hadn’t changed in nearly a century, is something I’ll never forget. It was a transformational experience for our client and company, showing what’s possible when teams come together around a shared purpose.
Beyond individual projects, I’ve helped shape how we simplify and scale our methodology, including developing bespoke budget scenarios for C‑suite leaders and coaching clients through high‑stakes conversations. Helping leaders gain buy‑in, anticipate risks, and move the needle strategically has been some of my most meaningful work.
My consulting background taught me how to break down complexity into actionable steps, and motherhood taught me the kind of leader I want to be, one who leads with accountability, humility, and compassion. I believe great teams are built when people can show up authentically, contribute to their strengths, and take disciplined steps toward a shared goal.
I split my time between visiting family in Montreal and exploring Toronto with my husband and toddler, whose love of vehicles has made me an unlikely car enthusiast. I also love hosting, experimenting with new recipes, hot yoga and podcasts like Acquired, which feed both my curiosity and my love of learning.
