Loren Cimon, Director, People and Organizational Effectiveness
Since joining BrandActive in 2021, Loren has been instrumental in fostering company culture, elevating team member experience and driving organizational effectiveness. Her innovative approach to talent development has transformed how team members engage with performance and career progression, creating clearer pathways for growth while simplifying processes. Loren leads by example, with a deep sense of accountability and a growth mindset that inspires those around her.
Prior to joining BrandActive, Loren held senior Human Resources roles in the consulting space, including at Peninsula Canada, although she likes to say she “grew up” in retail. She earned a Bachelor of Journalism with High Honors from Carleton University, a postgraduate certificate from Simon Fraser University in Human Resources Management, and holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
