I lead with curiosity, compassion, and accountability. Clients and colleagues count on me to follow through on my commitments, own the outcome, and approach every interaction with kindness and positive intent. I believe in leading by example, sharing learnings, showing vulnerability, and creating the space for others to grow.
I’m energized by helping people reach their potential, whether through coaching conversations, matching career aspirations to opportunities, or building programs that inspire. One of my proudest achievements is launching our annual development meetings and introducing the North Star exercise, a program designed to help team members define their purpose and live their ideal life.
My style is collaborative, lighthearted, and impact-driven. I value diverse perspectives, believe the best solutions are co-created, and never underestimate the power of making the process enjoyable. Outside of work, you’ll find me in the mountains, hiking or snowboarding, or spending time in nature with the people I love. When I’m not outside, look for me in the kitchen cooking up plant-based meals from scratch or in the nearest hot yoga studio.
