Jon Levy, Director, Client Engagement
Jon has deep expertise in operational and change management, marketing logistics, and quality assurance. Most recently, Jon served as Senior Manager at the management consultancy Carpedia, where he helped some of the world’s largest companies implement complex operational transformation and process improvement programs. He prides himself on always looking for better ways to operate and engage and likes to explore every option before narrowing it down to those most promising. Previously, Jon served in quality assurance and compliance analyst positions at RBC, and as marketing manager for an artisanal candy company. As a leader, Jon is passionate about creating team environments where everyone has a voice and opportunities to grow. He earned a master’s degree in International Business from Queen’s University and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Logistics from Dalhousie University.
