We focused on preparing and supporting internal teams, launched the new brand smoothly, and transitioned every branded touchpoint under budget. Another pivotal rebrand involved a global semiconductor manufacturer undergoing a legal name change. I led the team through the complexities of global product packaging and labeling updates, balancing regulatory approval timelines, operational execution, and regional market needs. Seeing people rally behind a shared identity and vision reinforces why I love this work: helping teams navigate complex challenges and come out stronger and more connected.
