I’m a firm believer that no challenge is too complex, if you know how to break it down. I help clients translate complexity into clear, actionable steps so they can move forward quickly, confidently, and with purpose.
I oversee our consulting practice and the delivery of the work we do for clients. My focus is on making sure our solutions are strategic, practical and enduring, grounded in what organizations truly need to implement and scale effectively.
My approach is pragmatic and flexible, shaped by my early consulting experience with Accenture in the oil sands. That work taught me to optimize without overengineering, and to focus on progress, not perfection. Today, I bring that same mindset to brand and business challenges: simplify the problem, prioritize action, and build something that lasts.
Helping people shine, personally and professionally, is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Whether it’s building systems that stand the test of time or making tough problems solvable, I show up to lift others up and get things done.
Time with my family helps me stay grounded and reminds me to keep things in perspective, at work and everywhere else.
