Take a look at your findings and prioritize. Choose a few areas in which improvement will have the biggest impact and devote time and resources to address those elements.

Each department takes their piece of the puzzle, works on it individually, and then comes back together when their part is done. Does this lead to a cohesive end-result? Is it as consistent as it can be? Probably not.
